The right strategy for building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce requires a connection between your company's strategic goals and the economic opportunity and diversity you create for your workforce. In other words, real change starts at home. 

During this engaging discussion, we'll look at what that looks like in practice—including strategies for developing richer talent pipelines through internal and external partnerships that enable career and economic mobility, and more broadly, at how diversity, equity, and inclusion are changing the way organizations operate.

Mr. Taylor's career spans over 20 years as a lawyer, human resources executive and CEO in both the not-for-profit and for-profit space. He has held senior and chief executive roles at IAC/Interactive Corp, Viacom's Paramount Pictures and Blockbuster Entertainment Group, McGuire Woods LLC, and Compass Group USA. Most recently, Mr. Taylor was president and CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. In 2020, Mr. Taylor was named on of Savoy magazine's "Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America" and later that year received the distinguished Executive of the Year Award from the Academy of Management.

Since joining WBA in 2017, Carlos has been instrumental in advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion at the center of all we do within WBA, and among other achievements, he launched the first Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report, the Global Inclusion Council, the new corporate value in inclusion, and most recently the introduction of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals for the company 's annual bonus program. He has partnered closely with the divisions and functions of WBA as a champion for the racial equity movement and for the affordable, accessible health care for all, regardless of post or zip code.

Deb provides thought leadership, strategy, tools and programs designed to differentiate talent at Tyson.
