Kevin is currently on the board of Performitiv, and on the advisory boards of Guild Education, EdCast and Sanctuary. Kevin was previously on the board of directors of KnowledgeAdvisors, a provider of human capital analytics software.
Since joining WBA in 2017, Carlos has been instrumental in advocating for diversity, equity an inclusion at the center of all we do within WBA, and among other achievements, he launched the first Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report, the Global Inclusion Council, the new corporate value in inclusion, and most recently the introduction of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals for the company 's annual bonus program. He has partnered closely with the divisions and functions of WBA as a champion for the racial equity movement and for the affordable, accessible health care for all, regardless of post or zip code.

Driving transformational imperatives focused on maximizing performance excellence, enabling individual and Team development, ensuring an environment of diversity and inclusion, and building Team member capabilities for business success. Deb provides thought leadership, strategy, tools and programs designed to differentiate talent at Tyson. Clint's focus is driving innovation and purpose in the development space, democratizing development, building manager capability, and ensuring the vitality of the leadership pipeline. Clint joined J&J from Nike, where he was the Senior Director of Global Talent Management. Clint led the talent agenda across six regions/marketplaces.
Katie Giles is a Director of Talent Management at Humana. In this job, she is focused on ensuring Humana's associates are able to succeed in the jobs they currently have, while preparing them for the jobs of the future through learning, development and reskilling initiatives. She has held a multitude of roles in learning and development, never straying far from jobs that allow her to invest in the potential of humans at all stages of their careers. What started as an internship has led her to a career driven by a passion for empowering the people who enable business success.
Tamera Maresh-Carver is the managing director of global learning and development at FedEx Express where she is responsible for organizational effectiveness, global leadership training, management skills training, training technology and data analytics. She began her career with FedEx in 1998, starting as a delivery courier and moving up the ranks of management. She has held numerous leadership positions across the country and has led global learning and development since 2017. Maresh-Carver's accomplishments include being a three-time winner of the prestigious FedEx Five Star award, Quality Expert in 2015, Four time Quality award finalist for project leadership and Outstanding people results.
KimArie Yowell is the Chief Learning Officer for Rock Central, a Detroit-based professional services company. She oversees the teams responsible for creating and implementing training initiatives, talent development and organizational effectiveness strategies. This includes onboarding new team members, professional and organizational development opportunities, diversity and inclusion programming and engagement strategies. She joined Quicken Loans as a Leadership Coach with more than 20 years of experience in client service, sales and corporate education. KimArie firmly believes that one's ability to effectively lead their team and make an impact rests on their ability to be inclusive, build trust and create a dynamic, high performing team.
